The Newton North girls' volleyball team swept past Concord-Carlisle in the state semifinal Wednesday night.
The Tigers beat C-C in three straight games - 25-19, 25-13, 25-18 - in the match played at Canton High School, according to a report in the Boston Globe.
Newton North will face Barnstable in the state final on Saturday at 6 p.m. at Algonquin High School in Northborough.
