Gulf of Maine Waters at Lumiere

Board of Alderman Meeting

The Alderman meet on Monday at 7:45 p.m. in City Hall and the docket includes an item seeking to create a temporary moratorium on the use of land, buildings and structures for registered marijuana dispensaries. See the whole docket here.

Tour of Newton Teen Center

Parents of Newton teens are invited to take a tour of the YMCA's Newton Teen Center Thursday night and learn about all of the programs offered (for FREE!) through the Center. Coffee and refreshments will be available. Go here for more details.

Expressive Arts Therapy & Trauma Populations

The Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology hosts an info session Wednesday night where you can learn how you can begin a creative and rewarding career as a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist (REAT) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
