AVOID THE JUNK FOOD
We know it is not realistic for everyone to never touch a chip or a donut again, as much as we know what a delight they can be. The point is to keep them to a minimum in our daily lives. Junk food may seem like just what we need, especially when we're stressed to the max, but it actually causes a spike in our blood sugar, followed quickly by a crash in our productivity. Try instead to stock your day with healthy snacks and give yourself the occasional treat of the other stuff.
