It's a good thing Aquitaine Bis closes between lunch and dinner, otherwise the stellar French cuisine might just convince you to stay all day. The restaurant's specialty drinks, such as the Espresso Martini (with vanilla vodka, Kahlua, Bailey's and white crème de cacao), probably aren't great motivators for leaving either! Executive Chef Seth Woods and Chef de Cuisine Kevin Planchon update the menu seasonally, so there's always something new to try. The restaurant's brunch service is incredibly popular, so be sure to call the day before and make a reservation.
