Unbelievable service! I realized with a shock on a Friday night after the store had closed that I had forgotten to pick up my tux for an important work function that night, and we managed to get an email to the owner, who immediately and cheerfully met me at the store, opened up and gave my my tux. They have earned a customer for life!
