Our son has been attending Golden Days for almost 3 years. I can't say enough wonderful things about this school and the teachers. I knew from the moment I walked in that Golden Days was an excellent fit for us. The whole staff is very caring, nurturing, and loving, not to mention the facilities are incredibly clean! Janice has always been nothing but helpful and professional. I feel extremely confident when I drop him off every morning he is in great hands in a very safe and secure environment.

Golden Days has been apart of our "extended" family since 2009! We sent our daughter there as a toddler and she graduated prek this past spring (3 1/2 yrs of excellent care and education). We were eager to send our son, who has been attending since winter of 2012. Both children have LOVED the center as well as my husband and I. Safe, clean, caring, nurturing and excellent teachers ='s a fantastic experience at Golden Days. I couldn't imagine sending our young, children any where else .

I cannot say enough positive things about Golden Days. My son, 5, has been in attendance since he was just over 18 months old. We looked at several schools/child care centers, and Golden Days was by far superior to all. The Director, and all of the teachers exceed our expectations every single day. One of the main reasons we chose this school was because were so impressed with the commitment, dedication and expertise of its Director, Janice Golden. From the care and thought that goes into the activities, classes and learning exercises, to the warm, inviting and comfortable atmosphere, this is truly an exceptional school. Additionally, I am impressed daily with the curriculum, and how interesting and exciting my son finds school to be.

Both of my children went to Golden Days and we all loved the experience. The teachers went above and beyond ensuring drop off was a positive experience (so important with little ones) and I loved seeing what they brought home every day. Friday parties (where the whole school participates in yoga, stories and other activities) really fostered a sense of community. You can really tell how much the teachers know and love each and every child in the center. My kids and I made lasting friends at the center and if I had more children I would send them again!

Golden Days is an outstanding childcare/education center. The staff is smart, caring, sensitive, and professional. Our daughter attended at all age levels, loved it, and felt a close bond with the teachers and kids -- and does so now, years later. We look back on her Golden Days experience as a key part of her character development. Really.

I really wonder if the person who wrote that one-star review visited the same place. Through my years of experience with the director, Janice Golden, I cannot imagine her behaving as described in that review.

From the first visit to Golden Days we absolutely loved it. Both my kids (now 8 and 5) attended. The entire staff is second to none, there is so much love and attention geared towards the kids and their development, a true gem in Newton!

Bad bad experience. I would not recommend this place, I withdrew my app for my two boys due to the director. Shes self centered and became defensive when I questioned the contract. Immediately she gives me trouble on the children's immunization records, then as I left my purse and documents for the application, she tells me to tend to my younger son who was crying, I leave the office and she sifts through my folder nd takes the check. I realized that I could never leave my sons there, she was not open minded, not a listener bc she is self centered

My twins attend Golden Days and absolutely love it. It is truly an outstanding school. The amount and variety of activities is huge. The director and teachers are wonderful; extremely professional and caring. I highly recommend it!!

My older child attended a few years ago and now my little one does. I am extremely happy at Golden Days. The school offers so much more than any other schools in the area. The owner is wonderful and loves the children! She has so many extras that one would never even think of. The teachers are wonderful and do so much with the kids. My son loved it and my daughter still does. My son learned so much more in his years here than he did in Kindergarten. He was extremely prepared for his grammar school years. Go check it out, you'll love it!!
