Since 1993, this popular, upscale retro diner has served  award-winning breakfasts, sandwiches, burgers, salads and entrees. Over the years, Johnny's has become a meeting place for the Newton community  -- business meetings are held over breakfast and residents come to Johnny's to celebrate birthdays and graduations. Its scrumptious breakfasts are served all day, while its Reuben sandwiches, meatloaf dinners, turkey dinners and mac and cheese remain popular staples. There is a children's menu and an old-fashioned soda fountain which offers milkshakes and ice-cream sodas. The restaurant also serves wine and beer.
