New Falls Apartments is a 60-unit apartment rental complex of mostly one and two bedroom apartments with a few larger three bedroom units. There is a mix of both market-rate and subsidized apartments. Most of the subsidized apartments are for disabled, handicapped and elderly residents, although some are for low-income and single parent residents. Heat, hot water and parking are included in the rent and there is on-site maintenance. Laundry facilities are on premises.

New Falls Apartments are professionally managed by Barkan Managment Company, a well established and respected property management firm. The complex is located next door to One Newton Executive Park, close to Routes 95/128 and the Woodland Green Line subway stop.
