NEGLIGENT. Newton Center Gulf rotated the tires on my vehicle. They neglected to tighten the lugs on the driver's side rear wheel, resulting in an extremely dangerous situation. Cruising down Storrow to deliver someone to the airport, with children aboard, is not when you want to find out that your wheel is only hand tight. I had to put my passenger on the T and find another shop to get the lugs tightened. When I brought the issue to the proprietor he had the gall to offer a free oil change--as if I'll be back there. BEWARE.
