St. Paul Episcopal Church
Although its congregation is modest in size, the parish of St. Paul describes itself as having large, open arms to people of all social and religious backgrounds. This parish offers church groups for children and youth, confirmation groups for teens and adult study and discussion groups.
Lead by Rev. Gretchen Grimshaw, St. Paul's offers a range of Sunday services that includes an assortment of music from traditional hymns to Bach cantatas to jazz to Gospel and more. St. Paul's also hosts youth-led services, special Tuesday night Taize services and six Friday night Family Compline services.
The Parish of St. Paul is just a one-minute walk from the Newton Highlands MBTA stop (green line, D branch). The No. 59 MBTA bus also stops close by at the intersection of Walnut Street and Lincoln Street.
