Driver Wrestles Armed Man to the Ground After Newton Road Rage Incident
The armed driver is facing charges of assault by means of a dangerous weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm, police said.

Posted earlier: A driver managed to talk down and wrestle an armed man to the ground Thursday afternoon after a road rage incident in Newton, police said. Byung Jin Kang, 21, of Newton, is facing multiple weapons charges after he allegedly pulled a gun on a fellow driver yesterday, according to Newton Police Lt. Bruce Apotheker. The road rage incident sparked on Dedham Street just before 4 p.m. Thursday, Apotheker said.
