Eating with the Ecosystem: Gulf of Maine waters at Lumiere

Chef Michael Leviton will present an array of species -- familiar and unfamiliar -- from the bounteous Gulf of Maine ecosystem. We will be joined by guest speakers Jake Kritzer and Jeffrey Pierce.


Cost is $60/person, excluding tax and gratuity. Wine pairings are

available for an additional $20. Suggested donation to Eating with the Ecosystem: $10.  Lumiere is located at 1293 Washington St. Newton, MA 02465. Reservations are available through the restaurant at (617)244-9199.
